自動生產線主要技術指標和參數：

1) 6.5米長管自動上料，經焊縫檢測送至縮管機縮管、長管再經過頭尾對接送至彎管機推彎；

2）連續推彎完成后，進行8個孔位一次性沖孔；

3）全自動切管機進行圓弧管件的鋸切（鋸切和沖孔同時進行）；

4）切管機完成切管后，川崎機器人抓取切好的管料自動下料至雙頭去毛刺機；

5）去毛刺機完成作業后自動下料至料箱。

6）總控系統對6米自動上料架、縮管機、推彎機、沖孔機、自動切管機、機器人、去毛刺機全程總控，協調生產！

Main technical indicators and parameters of auto production line:

1) The 6.5-meter long tube is automatically loaded and sent to the tube shrinking machine and the long tube through the weld detection, and then transferred to the tube bending machine through the head and tail;

2) After the continuous push bending, 8 holes are punched at one time;

3) Full-automatic pipe cutting machine for sawing arc pipe fittings (sawing and punching are performed simultaneously);

4) After the pipe cutting machine completes the pipe cutting, the Kawasaki robot grabs the cut pipe material and automatically feeds it to the double-head deburring machine;

5) After the deburring machine finishes the operation, it will automatically feed to the bin.

6) The overall control system controls the entire process of 6-meter automatic feeding rack, tube shrinking machine, push bending machine, punching machine, automatic pipe cutting machine, robot, deburring machine, and coordinate production!
